TouchstoneEnergy has agreed contracts to supply and implement an integrated finance & procurement system that will be deployed from the UK. The system will be used by head office and operational personnel in locations throughout Australia and Africa. Users will process contracts, raise purchase orders and process invoices over the web into a new and centralised finance function in London.
The contract award is worth circa £1.1m with the system expected to go-live in the next few months. The TouchstoneEnergy team have been busy working in the background with users in London and on the ground in regional offices throughout Australia and Africa gathering the business requirements. These requirements have been mapped into the configuration of the solution in preparation for the go-live.
